The Sister Circle welcomes mothers, female caregivers, guardians, aunts, sisters, nieces, daughters, and others to reconnect with themselves and empower the women in our community.
Join us on Monday evenings for a variety of mindfulness and self-care activities designed to connect with oneself and discover methods to support daily well-being. Enhance your skills and expand your self-care toolkit for well-being support.
Activities include:
