Sister Circle - Sunday EveningÂ
The Sister Circle welcomes mothers, female caregivers, guardians, aunts, sisters, nieces, daughters, and others to reconnect with themselves and empower the women in our community.Â
Join us on Sunday evenings for a variety of mindfulness and self-care activities designed to connect with oneself and discover methods to support daily well-being. Enhance your skills and expand your self-care toolkit for well-being support.Â
Activities include:Â

- Meditation
- Sound BathsÂ
- Movement/DanceÂ
- Expressing GratitudeÂ
- Manifesting & Setting Goals
- Creating Affirmation Boards
- Intuitive ReadingsÂ
- Practicing Self-loveÂ

Investment:Â
$30 per 1.5- hour session or a term pass (12 weeks) for $240. *NDIS funding may be applicable - please inquire to discuss.
Includes a 1.5-hour session, a gift pack, and light refreshments.
